Melt in the mouth, buttery shortbread biscuits sandwiched together with a luscious and rich golden caramel called Dulce de Leche. It’s a heavenly combination. I’ll show you the easiest way to make Dulce de Leche so you don’t have to be constantly stirring for hours. The sugar in the condensed milk will caramelise and turn into a deep golden caramel colour.
