Workout Like a Boss - Total Body Strength Building Workout for Women Over 40

Join me for this fun total body strength workout using the training principle AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). Using intervals of 5 minutes, you’ll perform 3 different strength exercises and rotate through each one for 5 minutes. After that, we will move on to a new circuit of three exercises hitting different muscles. You are gonna love it!
