A new mini podcast from the series "The Court's rulings in 3 minutes" is available, dedicated to ruling 215 of 2025 (press release of 30 December 2025) with which the Court declared inadmissible the questions of constitutional legitimacy of Article 291, first paragraph, of the Civil Code in the part in which it does not provide for the possibility for the judge to declare the adoption of the adult even in the presence of minor children of the adoptive parent, where he does not see any prejudice for them.
