Blitz in a blender until a batter is formed, then mix in a handful of fresh raspberries, and add the batter to your lined dish/tray. Add alternating dollops of raspberry jam and peanut butter and swirl into the mix with a skewer. This will create a marbled effect. Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 30-35 minutes. When cooled, cut into bars, and store in an air tight container for up to a week.
