1997 BRITISH GRASSTRACK CHAMPIONSHIPS - HOT HEAT 1

What a great way to start the races from the 1997 British Championships, with a superb LH Sidecar race for HOT HEAT 1. Neal Owen/Dylan Davis on their 600cc single up against the 1000cc machines. Being 600cc Neals outfit is a lot light than the other Sidecars, but this allows him to corner so much faster. Here we see Owen/Davis swooping around the outside of Barry & Robin Geer to take up the lead in the first turn, but the Geer brothers don't take this lying down, and pursue Owen & Davis right to the checkered flag.
