Feldenkrais lesson #3 - Let's free the pelvis (chair lesson)
You need a chair for this lesson as you will be sitting down but it isn't an 'easy' lesson as you might think. You will be doing movements with the pelvis that you might never have done before and you might find them a bit tricky, but despair not. Do what you can and come back to do the lesson again a few other times and you will be amazed at how much you can do with your pelvis. What can this lesson do for you: Give you more mobility and flexibility in the pelvis, ribs and spine. Improve spine alignment (aka better posture) ground your feet better Improve your gait (the way you walk) and many other things you may find for yourself. The first time I did this lesson with my 1 to 1 client his reaction was one of amazement. He said: 'It's the first time I can feel my toes on the floor and I'm walking with a springiness in my feet.'
