Flying Scotsman Day Out | We Found a Miniature Train?!

A day out with the Flying Scotsman at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre turned into one of the best surprises I've had in a long time! We headed down to the home of the Great Central Railway expecting a standard day out, and seeing the legendary full-sized Flying Scotsman steam locomotive was incredible. But the real highlight of this travel vlog? We stumbled upon a massive miniature steam railway layout with mini trains that we completely didn't expect! It was one of those honest, real-life days out that I love sharing, complete with a lot of track confusion, a trip to Greggs, and an incredibly loud pressure cooker moment from the Tornado. Along with the Flying Scotsman, we explored the transport museum and got to see the famous Tornado steam engine, a vintage Trent bus (with destinations for Derby and Skegness!), and even took a ride on a miniature coal-fired engine through a very tight tunnel. If you want to see the full, uncut version of the main train ride and the miniature train journeys, make sure to check out my other channel, MrCyberHeartExtra, linked below!    / @mrcyberheartextra   ‪@MrCyberHeartExtra‬ Let me know in the comments if you've ever visited a heritage railway or a place like this! 00:00 Intro 00:33 Journey & Arrival 01:02 Mini Flying Scotsman 01:37 Tornado and Close up 02:45 The Flying Scotsman Arrives 03:28 Waiting to board 04:33 Time to board 07:17 Departure 08:08 Flying Scotsman Journey 20:00 Back at the station 22:08 Up top of the Trent bus 22:42 Tornado Steam Scare 23:23 View from Above & Scotsman Leaves 23:54 A look around 25:05 Mini railway 1st trip 29:09 Mini railway 2nd trip 32:06 Train shed and shop 33:00 Ice cream and home #FlyingScotsman #TravelVlog #DayOut #MiniatureTrain #HeritageRailway #steamtrain #greatcentralrailway About MrCyberHeart: Welcome to MrCyberHeart, I’m Glenn - I've got one eye, a heart condition, and a camera.
