Hello everyone! Today I bring you these 3 mini cakes, with two fillings: dulce de leche and chocolate brigadeiro. A great tip for you to sell BIG on Valentine's Day or on special occasions. I really hope you like them ❤❤ 🔴INGREDIENTS: (CAKE BATTER) ➡️4 eggs ➡️1 cup sugar ➡️1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ➡️1/2 cup cocoa powder ➡️1/2 cup water or milk at room temperature ➡️1 tablespoon baking powder 🔵Size of the ring I used: 12x10 🔵Cup used in the recipe: 240ml 🔵Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔴 FILLING (Dulce de Leche Brigadeiro) ➡️1 can of dulce de leche (395g to 400g) ➡️1 small box of heavy cream (200g) ➡️Half a tablespoon of butter or margarine 🔴 FILLING (Chocolate Brigadeiro) ➡️1 can of condensed milk (395g) ➡️1 small box of heavy cream (200g) ➡️3 to 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder ➡️Half a tablespoon of butter or margarine Margarine ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔴 SYRUP (for dipping the mini cakes) ➡️I used 150g of condensed milk and 300ml of water (you can use milk instead of water) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔴 FROSTING (ganache, for 2 mini cakes) ➡️150g of chocolate (I used Blend, which is half dark chocolate and half milk chocolate) ➡️150g of heavy cream ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔴DECORATION (of the first cake) ➡️I used half of the ganache to cover the cake ➡️I used white sprinkles ➡️1 piece of red satin ribbon for the bow ➡️and I printed some images from the internet for the toppers. ➡️For the chocolate letters, I used: 50g of melted white chocolate, red chocolate food coloring. I poured the melted chocolate into the letter molds and refrigerated them until they hardened. I'll leave a link to a video where I make the letters:    • 2 DICAS PRA VENDER MUITO NO DIA DAS MÃES E...   (the step-by-step instructions for the letters start at 9:33) ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔴 DECORATION (of the Kit Kat cake) ➡️I used the other half of the ganache ➡️6 Kit Kat packages ➡️1 satin bow ➡️I also printed some images from the internet for the cake topper. ➡️The brigadeiros I decorated: I used half a can of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine. I heated everything until it came away from the bottom of the pan. After it cooled, just roll it up and coat it in sprinkles. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔴 DECORATION (with whipped cream from the third cake) ➡️150ml chilled whipped cream ➡️2 tablespoons powdered milk 🔵 Just beat the two ingredients in a mixer until they reach a firm consistency. ➡️I used strawberry red gel food coloring (from Iceberg) ➡️I used a piping tip: Wilton 22 ➡️I also printed some images from the internet for the cake topper 🔴Remember that all the decorations were TIPS! But everyone does it their own way 🤗 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🔴 SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE: ➡️The mini cake with sprinkles and whipped cream: I suggest R$25.00 to R$30.00 each ➡️The Kit Kat cake: I suggest R$40.00 (since Kit Kats aren't cheap, the cost is higher) 🔵But remember that it varies by region, these prices are based on my region, okay?
