Today I bring you a chocolate box idea that you can sell all year round, for birthdays, special occasions, Valentine's Day, etc. I really hope you like it..💞💞 🔴 Chocolate brigadeiro filling (for the chocolate hearts) ➡️1 can of condensed milk (395g) ➡️3 tablespoons of cocoa powder ➡️1 can of heavy cream (200g) ➡️50g of milk chocolate 🔵NOTE: The amount above was enough to fill 2 hearts and make the brigadeiros to roll 🔴Cherry truffle filling (for the chocolate bars) ➡️150g of white chocolate ➡️3 tablespoons of heavy cream milk ➡️3 tablespoons cherry syrup ➡️50g chopped cherries 🔴For the chocolate shells, I used: ➡️250g white chocolate (to make 2 hearts and the chocolate letters) ➡️300g milk chocolate (to make the 2 chocolate bars) 🔴 SHAPES I USED IN THE RECIPE ➡️ Heart: 200g each ➡️ Bar: 300g each ➡️ For the letters, there is no specific gram quantity on the packaging 🔴 Final weight of the bar: 335g 🔴 Final weight of the heart: 207g 🔴 Measurements of the box I used: 🔴 Suggested retail price: ➡️ R$70.00 to R$75.00.
