6-Minute Shoulder & Back Mobility Flow (Improve Flexibility Fast)

Due to an old back injury from my time as a professional athlete, I stopped doing bridges for more than 10 years. I also worked as a coach where I did a lot of spotting, which led to additional strain and reduced mobility in both of my shoulders. Because of these issues, I avoided movements like the bridge for a long time. But recently, I decided to start working on my shoulder and back mobility step by step again. Through consistent mobility training and stretching, I’ve started to regain my flexibility and strength. My condition is improving little by little, and I’m now almost able to perform the bridge again. My shoulder mobility has also improved significantly. I wanted to share this process and routine with you, because I truly believe that combining stretching with proper training can help you recover and progress much faster.
