Royal Botanical Gardens Hendrie Park & Special Bonsai Exhibit (JPT.81)

May 31, 2026 | Hendrie Park, Bonsai Collection & Royal Botanical Gardens Part 2 In yesterday’s vlog, we explored the historic Rock Garden at the Royal Botanical Gardens and unexpectedly discovered an impressive model train exhibit. Today, we’re continuing our Royal Botanical Gardens adventure with a visit to Hendrie Park, the largest of RBG’s cultivated garden spaces. Spanning nine hectares and featuring numerous themed garden areas, sculptures, water features, and thousands of plant varieties, Hendrie Park is one of the crown jewels of the Royal Botanical Gardens experience. One area we only briefly glanced at in the previous vlog was the fascinating bonsai exhibit. This time, we slow down and take a much closer look at these miniature living works of art, appreciating the incredible patience, craftsmanship, and horticultural skill required to create and maintain them. Throughout our visit you’ll find: 🌸 beautiful late-spring blooms 🌳 peaceful garden pathways 🪴 remarkable bonsai displays 📸 scenic photography opportunities 🌿 relaxing natural surroundings Sometimes the best adventures don’t require travelling across the world. Sometimes they’re waiting right in your own backyard. If you enjoy gardens, bonsai, flowers, nature walks, photography, and peaceful places to explore, I think you’re going to love this one. Come along with us and experience another beautiful day at the Royal Botanical Gardens.
