Often times we can get stuck comparing ourselves and determining our worth based on the salaries we are given - but is the grass really greener on the other side? Would we have been happier in another field? Or in another specialty? It can be a hard pill to swallow when you see your friends enjoying life and making money right after college, or when you see your friends who chose different specialties enjoy making several-fold what you make.
