Building a Bunk Bed Princess Playhouse! Before & After with Timelapse

Our girls share a pretty average-sized room, but their beds were taking up too much floor space, so we took out an adjacent closet and built a bunk bed that doubles as a playhouse with lots of storage options throughout. The style of the interior and exterior mimics our old "home for hosting" that we built in 2016, but recently moved on from; painted tongue and groove ceilings, douglas fir posts and beams, and board and batten siding. Each girl has her own reading light, and the stairs and lower bed have hidden storage. All in all another fun and functional family project!
