This week we’re heading to the Riverina, we set up camp in a small township called The Rock and use it as our base to explore the area. We visit the beautiful town of Junee, discover a submarine in a park in Holbrook before finishing it all at the famous Ettamogah Pub. After a day of watching cattle wondering near our campsite I’m inspired to cook a van favourite on the Weber…. STEAK and Veg! The Riverina is a fantastic part of Australia with vineyards, distilleries and some forgotten beautiful little towns that should be on everyone’s must visit list.
