R44 & R211S Staten Island Railway Action at Arthur Kill

Here we have some R44’s and R211S’ performing trips on the Staten Island Railway. With the R44’s on borrowed time, it made sense to visit NYC’s “forgotten borough” to catch them before it’s too late. Arthur Kill is the newest local station on the SIR, and also being one of the only stations completely at-grade level. Being surrounded by the street, the station crossover is the only way to go from one side to the other.
