Day 5 of BEASTMODE is a 35 minute single clubbell UPPER BODY CORE workout using Tabata timing. It's all about maintaining good form rather than rushing through reps. Circuits A and D use 2 hands on the club, while B and C are single hand... and stay on one side of the body for their entire respective circuits! It may be short work time, but it's short rest time as well and it catches up with you pretty quickly. As always, listen to your body and modify or adjust as needed. Every day is different and your awareness of that is a win! Whether that means you slow each movement down, lessen the weight, or alter the exercise for yourself, you're showing up for yourself and that's what really matters! Workout::: 2 rounds of 4 circuits. Each circuit has 2 exercises you perform 4 times, for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. 30 seconds rest between each circuit.
