We've made it to DAY 15 of this BEASTMODE Clubbell Program! We are ending this series much like how we started, with a DOUBLE CLUBBELL workout! You'll see me switch up and down. Listen to your body and feel free to move up and down based on how you're feeling today. You'll see me rest and make mistakes. That's because the more tired you are, the harder it becomes to maintain form and remember movement order and flow. Our goal is training clubs until movements are ingrained in the muscle memory, but that takes time and practice. In the meantime, it's a great test of your ability and focus. We are doing 3 different movement series and switching up the timing and order. I'm keeping you on your toes! With 2 clubs and the timing shifting, it's really important to listen to your body, specifically your weaker side. You want to train to the weaker side to stay injury free and reduce the strength imbalances you may have from one side of the body to the other.
