Add frying powder to chicken marinated in milk and mix. 6. Put the frying powder in a plastic bag, add the kneaded chicken and mix evenly. 7. Put cooking oil in a large wok and preheat it to 170 degrees. 8. Fry the chicken in the preheated oil and drain the oil. 9.
