Fredericksburg artist Bill Harris has put the finishing touches on his newest downtown mural on the Sophia Street side of Goolrick's. The mural captures Fredericksburg's history through scenes of the city's major floods, wildlife along the Rappahannock River, and iconic local figures including George Washington and Gary the Goose.
