I'm taking you along on the second day of my current double split routine. This morning, my full leg workout at Pure Muscle Gym is on the agenda. After the back workout in the last video, this time we're tackling some of the gym's most exciting leg machines. These include the Atlantis Hack Squat, the legendary Nebula Leg Press, and a Gymleco Donkey calf raise machine, which really surprised me. We'll look at how I'm currently structuring my leg workouts, why I consciously prioritize certain exercises, and why I'm increasingly moving away from the supposedly perfect theory. Instead of rigid training rules, I'm increasingly aligning my training with what my body is actually telling me. I'll also show you numerous adjustments that can noticeably improve even good machines. From the correct platform position and more stability on the leg press to simple hacks with lifting straps and resistance bands that can instantly make your leg workouts more effective. Another topic is my current training volume. We'll discuss why each muscle group in my lower body receives a different number of sets and why individualized load management is often more important than any study or general training recommendation. Finally, we'll talk about my nutrition around training and how I adjust my daily calorie intake to my actual activity level.
