Many people experience shoulder stiffness, discomfort when raising their arms, and even worsening pain when stretching. This is because 👉 they start stretching before their muscles are fully relaxed. In this video, a rehabilitation therapist will teach you a self-massage routine to relieve shoulder pain. ✔ Trapezius massage ✔ Deltoid massage ✔ Rotator cuff (back of shoulder) massage ✔ Specialized points for pain locations: front, side, and back of the shoulder This 7–10-minute daily, hands-on exercise can be done at home, helping relieve shoulder stiffness, rounded shoulders, and pain when lifting your arms. ⚠️ Caution While massage can help relieve pain, excessive pressure can actually cause injury. Always follow the principle of light pressure → gradual increase in intensity. 📌 In the next video, we will continue with shoulder rehabilitation and posture correction exercises to prevent the muscles we loosened today from re-tightening.
