Second Milk Chocolate Mousse: 1 sheet of gelatin (2g) 20cl of 30% full-fat single cream 200g milk chocolate 10cl milk 4. Third White Chocolate Mousse: 1 sheet of gelatin (2g) 20cl of 30% full-fat single cream 200g white chocolate 10cl milk 5.
