Last resort? Two vintage mechanical Timex watches revived with Seiko VH31 movements
I see a lot of non-running vintage mechanical Timex watches. Some missing their movements entirely. Many have really cool dials. As a hobbyist, I explore how to fit Seiko's affordable ($20-$30) VH31 movement that tick 4 times per second mimicing a mechanical movement. These were experiments on the fly and improvised to try show how easy it might be. You may have the marerials and creativity to produce something more impressive!
