So this crossing must be reopened, which is an ACTIVE lorry crossing which is always used every rolling season. Many people ask, why does the locomotive immediately return to PG after passing the asphalt? *because the rails after the crossing (towards the bridge & beyond are clear of dirt & grass) so the locomotive doesn't need to run over them
