DIY: Cage Liners for Ferret Nation and Critter Nation, with a Burrowing Pocket

How to make cage liners for the critter nation and ferret nation cages with a pocket for burrowing. Do your ferrets, rats, chinchillas, hedgehogs and other small pets get burrow under their cage liners looking for a place to hide, sleep or play? If so, this easy diy pocket cage liner tutorial is for you. I made this set of cage liners for a custom order I had on Etsy and they turned out great. I can’t wait to make a set for my ferrets. If you don’t sew, you can a purchase cage liner sets from my Esty Shop, FerretTails at: https://www.etsy.com/shop/FerretTails For cage liners with a pocket, checkout this listing on my Etsy Shop:https://www.etsy.com/listing/10132034... If you want to add a pocket to your liners, message me on Etsy by clicking the contact seller button on my shops home page. ***One important thing I want to stress, if you have a pattern or design on your fabric or a certain color you want on top once you put the cage liner on the pan, please make sure you trace the top pan liner upside down. This will ensure the pattern is showing and the liner fits the cut out correctly when you are done sewing and flip the fabric right side out. (See the example in the video) A tip for caring for your DIY cage liners: I wash my cage liners in cold water and dry them on low heat. I use non-scented detergent or detergent made for babies so that the chemicals do not irritate the ferrets skin. If you have extra fabric or if you want to add a hammock, snuggle sack, or tunnel to your ferrets cage I have added the links to those DIY tutorials below: DIY Guinea Pig/Ferret Tunnel    • DIY: Guinea Pig/Ferret Tunnel   DIY Snuggle Sack    • How to Make a Snuggle Pouch   How to Make a Ferret Hammock    • How to make a ferret Hammock (DIY Tutorial )   DIYCageLiners #FerretNation #HowtoMakeCageLiners
