Жор: Cauliflower Bake 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets and boiled in water with salt until soft Sauce: 1 cup raw cashews ⅓ cup nutritional yeast 1½ tablespoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or sweet paprika and spoon of smoke liquid 2 cups / 500ml vegetable broth (or water with two teaspoons of salt) 1–2 teaspoons salt Oven: 200 degrees Celsius approx 30 minutes Rainbow Salad All ingredients and quantities at choise. This time used: Selection of salad leaves Parsley Coriander Green Beans Pepper Raspberries and Blackberries Seabuckthorn Wild berries Dressing: Orange or Mango juice or konjac jelly Soy sauce Fresh or dried spring onion Coriander Black sesame seeds Fresh chilli chopped Loaded Wrap 1 wrap Salad of your choice (used Chinese cabbage) Gherkins and jalapeños Marinated No-meat: vegan steaks sliced and marinated (spoon of tomato paste, spoon of any spicy paste,soy sauce and or olive oil, turmeric, paprika powder, black pepper, minced onion or garlic) Cauliflower and garlic sauce (cooked cauliflower, fresh lemon juice, teaspoon of black salt, couple gloves of garlic, salt and pepper, red onion chopped thinly, coriander is optional) Okra fries (bunch of okra cut in quarters, selections of herbs and spices of your choice- I used black pepper, cumin, turmeric, chilli powder, minced onion), I’d recommend adding spoon or two of potato starch or chickpea flour for extra crispy coating, all fried on hot oil Pawel Stan Ferguson Fergie's Kitchen coffee n'stuff www.fergieskitchen.co.uk instagram.com/fergies.kitchen instagram.com/coffee.nstuff
