Read Description Please. So, Loto is my favorite character from Moana 2, and I haven't seen anyone making a ranking of her, so I decided to do it myself. But I have a few things to say... 1. I added the Lesbian flag, because Loto is extremely queer coded and I thought it would be nice to have some colors. Sue me. 2. I made the ranking nearly a year ago, but kind of forgot it and finished it only after the Hawaiian version was released, so... Yeah. A lot of changes were made while editing lol 3. I mentioned accents every now and then only because in the original English version, Loto had a thick accent (I don't know if it was intentional or just Rose Matefeo's natural accent) but I never counted it in the ranking. It's just something I've noticed. *This is my first ever voice ranking, so I know it sucks. There's a first time for anything, huh?
