Campfire Recipe: Pieiron cottage pie -- instant mashed potato magic! 🥔🔥
Shepherd's pie gets all the press, but I'm not much of a lamb fan, so for me, cottage pie is where it's at. No matter what the filling, I am a big fan of potatoes in any format. This pie iron recipe uses instant mashed potatoes, but you could use sliced potatoes, if you have the time and energy.
