Max effort at Clevedon Salthouse field parkrun ...can I claim another podium? 31st of Jan 2026.

Clevedon Salthouse field parkrun - 31/01/2026 Hi All, And welcome back to the channel and today is Saturday the 31st of January 2026, and i have another parkrun for you. This week is Similar to last week, in that we have had so much rain needed to find a parkrun that doesnt have grass/mud, so this week he have come to clevedon in north Somerset to take part in clevedon Salthouse field parkrun. The parkrun is only a 40 minute trip in the car from home, and as long as you get there early enough will be able to park close to the start line for free. This is my 520th parkrun, and this is the 3rd time that I am running here, having ran in 2020 exactly 6 years ago in 18:32 on a slightly different course and then again in 18:19 in August 2024 on the same route. Clevedon is a 3 lap course with multiple difficult turns, and when you get into the end of the 2nd lap and pretty much all of the 3rd lap, I will be passing individuals on their 1st and 2nd lap, and doing this I need to be respectful whilst still trying to keep the pace up and not get too held up...
