Other Ingredients Onion ground 1 ½ cup Chopped tomato puree 1 cup Bay leaf 1 Green chilies 2 Yogurt 2 tbsp Allspice 1 tsp Oil ¼ cup Cream 3 tbsp METHOD Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf, chopped onions and green chilies, also add 2 tbsp butter, cook until onions caramelized, add tomato puree with yogurt, allspice, add fried chicken with 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken done and oil floats on top, add chopped coriander and cream, serve with onion rings and kulchay.
