One Gesha Processed Two Different Ways - Gesha Village 1931 - Ethiopia | Coffee with April #182
This week, we're introducing our latest limited box and discussing just why we think the 1931 Gesha from Gesha Village in Ethiopia deserves the reputation and acclaim it receives. Every month we release a box featuring limited lots of coffee, specially selected to highlight one particular variable with each release. We have previously featured coffee from our partner farm Pillcocaja in Ecuador and the world-famous Daterra in Brazil. This time around we're incredibly happy to share with you two incredible geshas from Adam Overton and the team over at Gesha Village in Ethiopia. In this video, we discuss green coffee, our approach to roasting such limited lots and what you can expect sensorily from these particular coffees. As we had so much to say in this video already, we're going to follow up with an additional video next week where we discuss just how to brew these two different processed coffees to perfection. If you'd like to see more about this product, you can find it on our webpage: https://www.aprilcoffeeroasters.com/c... We want to thank Adam for his contribution to this video and for sharing the information and some visuals from the cupping lab in Addis Ababa.
