Vevor Chest Press Machine Review

The Vevor Chest Press machine is a fantastic piece of workout equipment, perfect to add to your home or garage gym. Heavy duty, yet simple to assemble. Lots to love with this one! Main function = presses for chest, shoulder, and tricep strength. You can also flip your body around and do inclined sit-ups with your feet under the padded footrests. I've even stood / kneeled on the bench and done single arm rows, or grasped the end of the bar to do calf raises. While not the biggest, the bench is plenty sturdy for lunges, step-ups, and whatever else you can come up with. Of course, be safe! The arms are converging, meaning they move slightly inwards towards the centerline as you press upward to really hit those pecs. The arm supports can be adjusted to 8 different positions, allowing you to customize your range of motion. 2x2 inch carbon steel tubing ensures it'll stand the test of time. The seat cushion is two inches thick (comfy but not squishy) and can be adjusted to flat (horizontal), decline/incline, or even folded upright to save extra space. The bars naturally accommodate 1 inch standard weights, though they include adaptors to allow 2 inch Olympic weights. Vevor also includes 2 metal weight clips to ensure the plates don't fall off. Doesn't take up much space - the room in this review is approximately 160sq ft, while the machine itself takes up 25-30sq ft. May take up slightly less when folded upright. Works fine on regular flooring or puzzle mats. Comes with non-slip rubber feet so you don't scratch up your floor. Without weights, the machine is about 80lbs. It can support up to 220lbs on each arm for a max press of about 450lbs.
