Nutella Brownies Servings: 24 – 2 inch Brownies Ingredients 8 ounces unsalted butter at room temperature 2 cups granulated sugar 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 4 large eggs 1 cup Nutella 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour ½ cup cocoa ¼ tsp. salt Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9 baking pan with aluminum foil overlapping on all sides. Spray the pan with cooking spray. I like to use coconut oil spray. 2. In a bowl of a standing mixer with a whisk attachment, add your butter and sugar and cream together. 3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix all together. 4. Add Nutella and beat until all incorporated. 5. Add flour, cocoa, and salt and mix until just blended. 6. Pour the batter into your baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick in the middle comes out with a few crumbs. Be sure not to over bake because you want the brownies to be super moist and fudgy. Enjoy! ☺
