Arrange half the banana slices on a cutting board, spread about a ½ teaspoon or more of peanut butter on top of the bananas. Top with the other half of bananas to make little sandwiches. 2. Carefully place the bananas on to a sheet pan lined with parchment and freeze for about 30 minutes to an hour. 3. In the microwaveable bowl place chopped chocolate or chips and microwave on low for about 3 minutes. Run the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring the chocolate in between. Stop microwaving when the chocolate is almost melted. Remove from the microwave and stir until melted. 4. Place melted chocolate into a larger stainless steel or glass bowl to make it easier for dipping the bananas. 5. Remove bites from from the freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate. Using two forks dip one bite at a time into the chocolate making sure the whole bite is covered completely. Using one fork remove the bite from the chocolate. With the other fork scrape the bottom of the bite to remove any excess chocolate and place back onto the sheet pan carefully. 6. Freeze for about 2 to 3 hours until nice and chilled. Always keep in the freezer for great snack. ☺
