The schooling process often limits our approach to art in its various forms, leaving us feeling restricted and inadequate. In this talk, Gonzalo invites us to rediscover our connection to artistic expression through a new understanding of its meaning. A multidisciplinary artist, Gonzalo has lived in Villarrica, La Araucanía Region, since 2013, where he works on education-related projects and teaches music. From childhood, he has been drawn to art in its diverse forms, but since 2002 he has been working simultaneously in music, visual arts, and poetry, in the determined and deliberate search for and development of his own artistic language. A fundamental part of his experience is rooted in his community; he and Francisca are the parents of Julieta and Emiliana.
