DEWALT 735 Planer rollers not pulling lumber, not dirty rollers, not dirty bed.

My Dewalt 735 was not pulling lumber through so I looked into the common problems with this particular unit. When I asked on common woodworking forums and subreddits I was always told it was either my wheels, blades, or my planer bed. I looked into all the common solutions like cleaning the rollers, flipping the blades, and waxing the bed but none of these solved my issue. turns out the roller key was busted bit it was still sitting in place.
