2016 Chevy/GMC Duramax, Coolant Lost, Head Gasket Failure, LML Engine, Misfires
#duramax #chevy # gmc Customer was stating coolant lost. Found the coolant reservoir was low. Pressure tested the coolant system found no external leaks. Coolant was ingesting internally. Removed the glow plugs and found discoloration on them, especially cylinder 6. Cranked over the engine found coolant coming from the cylinder 6. Recommend head gasket repairs. Have machine shop inspect the cylinder heads for trueness and cracks.
