Add the egg, sugar, and oil and mix. (If the banana is not fully ripe, microwave it for 20-30 seconds beforehand to soften it.) ③ Sift in the cake flour and baking powder and mix well with a whisk. ④ Once the flour is no longer visible, pour the mixture into the pan. You can add chocolate chips or nuts if you like. ⑤ Bake at 180℃ for 30 minutes. After about 8 minutes, remove from the oven, make a slit in the center, and return to the oven to bake until the cracks are evenly formed. (Optional). ⑥ Insert a bamboo skewer; if no batter sticks to it, it's done. Wrapping it in plastic wrap while still hot will make it even moister. Letting it sit overnight will make it even more delicious!
