Felipe Raiño Jaramillo discussed the importance of understanding our unconscious actions, which shape our social roles, in order to reflect on the type of leadership we are exercising in society. A publicist and psychologist with training in clinical hypnosis, he has treated more than 250 patients across three continents. He holds a Master's degree in Communications Management and is currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Psychoanalysis. He is an organizational and political marketing consultant. He is currently a prominent international speaker at the leading agency in the Spanish-speaking world. He is internationally certified in NLP and is trained as a suicide interventionist. He has completed courses in emotional intelligence, ethics and morality, leadership, neuroscience, and happiness at universities such as Harvard, Yale, and Berkeley. He is a member of the Zen Buddhist Community of Colombia, where he has been for over eight years.
