Johanna Le Pape began her career as pastry commis in 2012. She was rapidly promoted to the position of demi-chef de partie and brasserie manager. She then moved to Cédric Grolet’s team at Le Meurice, where she created exceptional pastries. This left her with no doubt that haute couture pastry was her passion. 2014 marked a turning point in her career when she won the Confectionery Arts World Cup. Ever since 2016, one of her key roles is giving demonstrations, both in France and around the globe. Thanks to her varied background, Johanna Le Pape perfectly masters the numerous aspects of her profession, both technical and artistic. This wealth of experience has led her to become a role model and a source of inspiration for the future generation of chefs.
