During 45 minutes you will work the whole area from different formats, involving all the muscles and performing combined exercises of muscular endurance, strength and balance. This Routine does have an impact, that is why to make it accessible to the greatest number of people all the movements with impact have their NON-IMPACT alternative that will appear simultaneously on the screen, being suitable for you also in case you can not jump.
