The Unofficial Suspiria Sequel Almost No One Has Ever Seen!
Did you know that before Dario Argento made Mother of Tears, his friend Luigi Cozzi actually made a film in the Three Mothers Universe? Join me today as we explore the wacky and wonderful The Black Cat. Alternately titled as Demons 6, Cozzi's film was renamed to fit into a series of Edgar Allan Poe adaptations that never happened. Released in 1989, The Black Cat is a meta film exercise about a filmmakers making a sequel to Argento's Suspiria. Featuring performances from Urbano Barberini, Caroline Munro, and Fulci regular Bret Halsey, you'll have to see this one to believe it. Want to support the channel?
