(Please scroll down for English Description) 這是我做麵包系列內一個影片,2020年初曾拍一片有關酸種麵包的製作,幾過大半年改良,我現在的做法已有些不同,因此再拍一個新版本(稱之為2020第2版)。做麵包没有最好的方法,最重要是找出適合自己的方法,希望我這影片能給你有用的參考。 片中所用材料: 高筋白麵粉450g 混合穀物麵粉50g 酸種200g 水320g 鹽2茶匙 This video is one my my bread making series, at the beginning of 2020 I made a video regarding sourdough making, after half a year improvements, my current approach is different, hence, I made this video (namely 2nd Version in 2020).
