After being diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis, I was shocked to learn I was in such a bad state that I needed Laminectomy & Decompression Surgery on my L4 & L5. Spinal surgery = This was a big decision. After surgery I looked through YouTube for videos of post surgery. I gained a lot from viewing these videos and realised that there was a lot of different experiences that people were sharing.
