INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING • 500 g grated Telemea cheese • 400 g cottage cheese • 200 g sour cream • 2 eggs ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS • 15 phyllo pastry sheets • 80 ml oil for greasing the sheets • 1 egg • 50 g sour cream The ingredients are for 5 rolls. Bake the strudel for 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F) with ventilation.
