Dr. Laurent Martel, a resident physician in internal medicine at the University of Sherbrooke, will present a lecture aimed at raising awareness among people living with sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease that primarily affects the lungs but can also impact multiple organs. He will explore the essential aspects of this condition, including its symptoms, diagnosis, and available treatment options. This educational lecture is intended for both individuals living with sarcoidosis and all members of the Quebec Lung Association who wish to expand their knowledge of lung diseases and better understand the challenges faced by other members of the community.
