Here I have 2 recipes for mustard that suit most of them. A coarse grained mustard to suit the Christmas table and a sweet mustard. Rough mustard: Homemade Christmas mustard on yellow and brown mustard seeds, some Coleman mustard powder, vinegar, honey and some rapeseed oil. 0.5 dl (30 grams) of yellow mustard seeds 0.5 dl (30 grams) of brown mustard seeds 2 dl of water 0.5 dl of rapeseed oil 1 tblsp mustard powder type Colemans 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tbsp honey 1 teaspoon vinegar essence 12%, ore White vinegar Simmer mustard seeds with water under cover for about 5 minutes. Pour off. Mortar mustard seeds a few at a time or mix in drink mixes. Add oil, mustard powder, sugar, honey and vinegar and mix or mortar mustard as rough as you want it. Store in the refrigerator. Let the mustard stand and taste overnight, but it can also be enjoyed directly. Sweet mustard: ingredients: 1.5 dl water 2 tablespoons vinegar 1.5 cups sugar 1 some salt 1 dl of cooking oil 1 can of mustard powder, Colemans. Mix the ingredients well and let the mustard stand and ripen for a few days. The mustard then darkens slightly in the color which does not, however, impair the durability.
