Special tool for final drive pinion removal. Turning, boring, threading, welding. Part 1

Machining a special tool to pull the pinion gear and bearing assembly from the Honda V65 final drive. The bearing is bad. This video is exclusively about Machining the special tool, turning, boring, facing, thread cutting and welding. With a special section on how to disengage the lead screw on a metric thread using an imperial lathe. Then we test the tool by pulling the bearing and assembly out. A second video will follow about the challenges in identifying this weird bearing and how I ultimately fixed the issue.
