المخلمة العراقية من المطبخ العراقي الشعبي | Makhlama an iraqi traditional food

#iraq#food#arabic#culture المخلمة وهي اكلة عراقية تتكون من البيض واللحم والطماطم يتم تحضيرها عن طريق وضع بصل مثروم في المقلاة ويتم تحريكه على النار حتى ينضج وبعد ان ينضج يوضع اللحم المثروم في المقلاة مع البصل المثروم ويتم تحريكه حتى ينضج بعدها يتم وضع الطماطم وبيضتين أو ثلاثة في المقلاة ويتم تحريكهم مع اللحم إلى ان ينضج الطعام وتاكل المخلمة مع الخبز أو الصمون عند العراق ودائما تكون وجبة فطور أو وجبة عشاء. تختلف طريقة عمل المخلمة من بيت إلى اخر حيث ان البعض يحب ان لا يضيف البيض أو ما يسمى في العراق { الحميسة } والبعض لا يضيف الطماطم وهناك ايضا لا يضيفون اللحم فقط يضيفون الطماطم والبيض. _______________ Makhlama, which is an Iraqi dish consisting of eggs, meat and tomatoes, is prepared by placing a grated onion in the pan and stirred on the fire until it is ripe, With meat to be cooked.
