On the video problem is solved in two ways, one way is the slow which is to charge the 5 batteries separately, and the other way and the most difficult is with two types of balancers, one is active balance board and the other load balance board, with this way we can stabilize all the battery voltages at the same level, so that the M18 pcb board can accept the batteries and give access for safe charging. This problem usually occurs when the batteries do not work often, so some batteries get self-discharge and then have different voltages between them.
